Vault FAQ

Is there really only one of each piece?

Yes. Every Vault listing is a single piece from our Williamsville case. When it sells, it is gone. Some designer styles can be special ordered again later, but only at full price. The Vault price goes with the piece.

Where do Vault pieces come from?

Every piece is one we chose and had in our showroom case. Some are designer samples, some are pieces a customer never came back for — most never made it online until now.

Can I see a piece in person before I buy?

Absolutely. Everything in the Vault is physically in our store at 5001 Transit Road, Williamsville, NY. Call (716) 631-1584 and we will have it ready when you arrive.

Can I reserve a piece?

No. We expect Vault pieces to sell out, so we cannot hold them. If you want to spread out the cost, any Vault piece can go on layaway. Ask a Sparkle Associate for details.

How long does Vault pricing last?

Until the piece sells. Then it's gone! We add new pieces every week, so check back often.

Are the engagement rings complete rings?

Most bridal pieces are settings. Choose a natural or lab-grown center with us and your ring arrives fully assembled, with the setting crafted for your stone.

Can Vault pieces be sized?

Yes, and our own goldsmiths do the work at the bench. Some pieces can only go up or down a limited number of sizes, so call us at (716) 631-1584 or stop in for details on a specific piece.

Is everything in the Vault online?

No. A large group of smaller Vault pieces never gets photographed — they are priced flat and sold in the showroom only, so it is worth the drive.
