What does “custom” really mean when it comes to an engagement ring?
Custom can be as simple as changing the metal, diamond shape, or size in an existing design, or as involved as creating a one-of-a-kind ring from scratch.
Whether it’s a small tweak or a completely new design, we’ll make sure it’s crafted just for you.
How long does the custom jewelry design process take?
Typically, the process from consultation to final delivery takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on design complexity and material availability.
What is the typical cost range for a custom engagement ring?
Custom pieces vary widely based on design, materials, and gemstones. During
consultation, we’ll work within your budget to create a stunning piece you’ll love.
Can I see design renderings or 3D models before production?
Yes, we provide detailed renderings for your approval before crafting begins.
Waxes and sterling silver models of your design are available upon request and may be charged a fee.
What metals and gemstones can I choose from?
We offer a wide selection including platinum, 14K and 18K gold (white, yellow,
rose), and a variety of natural and lab-grown diamonds and gemstones of all shapes, colors and sizes.
Can I make changes to the design after it’s been finalized?
Adjustments may be possible before production starts, but major changes could extend the timeline and cost.
However, we’ll ensure you’re completely happy with the design before proceeding.
Do you provide financing or payment plans for custom pieces?
