Here’s a little bit how it works:

- On the Zoom call we’ll discuss options (video or no video - whichever you prefer!)
- If you prefer to discuss via email or text you can contact us here or you can submit your ideas here
After we discuss needs and details of your custom design, we will provide you a CAD (computer aided design) at no charge. CAD drawings typically takes 24-48 business hours If there are any comments on the first drawing, we will revise the drawing based on your comments and feedback. Drawings are complete when you the customer are 100% happy. Once customer approves the design and price, timing and delivery will be discussed with client.
We then start making your item. Once created, client can pick up their item at our Buffalo showroom or it will be shipped fully insured to point of delivery with signature confirmation if client is located outside of the Buffalo area.
