If you’re the lucky owner of an exquisite Le Vian jewelry piece, you must take advantage of the Le Vian trade-in program.
Of course, guidelines are in place to ensure only authentic items are traded in or traded up. Therefore, the Le Vian guidelines stipulate ONLY the original purchaser of the Le Vian item can trade in or trade up.
And, the Le Vian Trunk Shows and events are where you can exclusively trade-in or trade-up items from your Le Vian collection - you won’t get an opportunity anywhere else!
The best thing about owning a Le Vian jewelry item or a timepiece is that your trade-up option lasts a lifetime. All that is required is your certificate of authenticity and sales receipt.
Beware, your piece must be in good condition and should not have been altered or abused.
There may be situations where exceptions apply, and any trade-in/trade-up is determined at the Le Vian representative's discretion.
Are there purchase requirements for trading in/trading up Le Vian items?
Indeed there are!
For any item originally purchased within $500-$2499.99, you must make a $5000 trade-up to qualify.
Items originally purchased over $2500 only require an additional $1000 trade-up.
Once you have said goodbye to your precious original Le Vian piece, it will be returned to the dedicated Le Vian representative at the Trunk Show or event.
Can you trade in more than one item?
You must limit yourself if you’re an avid collector and have many items you’d like to trade-in or trade-up.
Only one item can be traded in or up at each time or event in return for another single item. Unfortunately, you cannot bundle items together for a higher trade-up.
But we imagine you won’t want to part with many of your Le Vian items anyway, so this shouldn’t be a problem!

Not a problem!

So if you’ve misplaced your certificate of authenticity or can’t find your sales receipt, they will try to find your details in their historical data system.
They must do this to ensure the item being traded is an authentic piece. Still, they want to ensure you receive an accurate credit amount indicative of your original purchase value.
