Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders under $50. Ben Garelick will provide complimentary shipping (including insurance from our store to your door) at no extra charge. If you need it sooner, shipping rates are below:

• Next Day shipping is $25 dollars (Saturdays excluded). Cut off for Next Day shipping is 5PM eastern standard time.
• UPS 2nd day is $10 dollars.
• Saturday delivery is $35.
• All items are insured up to the point of acceptance by the recipient. The package will be considered accepted when any person receiving the package at the designated address signs for it from the delivering carrier.
• International Shipping is $30 US dollars standard (2-3 weeks). Expedited FedEx International Priority®  shipping is also available (rates determined by Fed Ex).
• Under $50 shipping is $5 dollars.

The cost of returning any item will be incurred by the customer except in the event that the wrong item is shipped, or merchandise is received in a damaged or defective state. Special orders, meaning custom designed, or altered (including specific gemstones sizes and ring sizes that of which we do not have in stock and have to order specifically for you) cannot be returned and are considered a final sale. Insurance

Insurance to cover damage to goods during shipment is included in the cost of delivery at no additional charge. If merchandise is damaged in transit, the customer should immediately file a claim with the carrier in accordance with the carrier's then-current policies and procedures.

In the event of a merchandise return (unless it is the fault of our company), the customer must purchase carrier-provided insurance adequate to cover the full retail value of the merchandise while in transit. We cannot issue refunds or credit for merchandise damaged in transit; such insurance is your only safeguard against this situation.

Note that Ben Garelick will cover the cost of return shipping and insurance only if the returned merchandise is damaged or defective prior to the original shipment. For additional information about returns, including procedures, please refer to our Return Policy below.

Return Policy and Procedure

All requests for returns and exchanges of merchandise must be made within twenty (30) days of receipt. Special orders, layaways, sized, altered or used merchandise is not returnable. Refunds are made only to the purchaser of record, and in the exact method of original payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. All product packaging, warranties, manuals and other materials must be returned with the merchandise. Products returned without original packaging and/or with missing materials are subject to a restocking fee of 5%, not to exceed $75.00.

Please contact Ben Garelick Jewelers to get a return authorization number for any and all returns.

NOTE: Return merchandise will not be accepted for return without a return authorization number, which we will provide after you contact us.

Terms & Conditions

Ben Garelick Jewelers has attempted to accurately depict the products offered on the Site. However, because the depiction of a product is dependent on your computer monitor, Ben Garelick Jewelers cannot guarantee that such depiction will be accurate.

The products also may appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor. Some photographs have been enlarged to show detail. Ben Garelick Jewelers DOES NOT WARRANT THAT INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. Ben Garelick Jewelers CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS AND OMISSIONS IN THE SITE AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY AND CORRECT ERRORS AT ANY TIME. MATERIAL ON THE SITE MAY ALSO CONTAIN TECHNICAL INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS (INCLUDING PRICING ERRORS), AND MAY BE CHANGED, UPDATED OR MODIFIED AT ANY TIME AND FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
