Layaway Policy

Our pain free layaway policy allows you to place any item on layaway with absolutely no fees, carrying charge or time limit. All we ask is that you make regular monthly payments of any dollar amount. That’s it! You can pay via credit card, mail us a check or pay in store.

0% Financing is Available

Everyday up to one year financing is available at no interest to you. All you have to do is pay off your balance before the final day of the final month and you pay no interest. It’s that simple. You can also set up a payment plan with our financing company and they can deduct regular payments directly from your banking account, so there are no worries of missing a payment on your end.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

On all orders between $150 and $750, Ben Garelick will provide complimentary UPS 2nd day shipping including insurance at no extra charge. Any purchase over $750, next day shipping is $25, UPS 2nd day shipping is complimentary. Under $150, shipping charges will be applied and will be calculated according to how quickly you need your items. All items are insured up to the point of acceptance by the recipient. The package will be considered accepted when any person receiving the package at the designated address signs for it from the delivering carrier.
The cost of returning any item will be incurred by the customer except in the event that the wrong item is shipped, or merchandise is received in a damaged or defective state. For additional information about returns, including procedures, please refer to our Return Policy below.

Insurance

Insurance to cover damage to goods during shipment is included in the cost of delivery at no additional charge. If merchandise is damaged in transit, the customer should immediately file a claim with the carrier in accordance with the carrier's then-current policies and procedures.
In the event of a merchandise return, the customer must purchase carrier-provided insurance adequate to cover the full retail value of the merchandise while in transit. We cannot issue refunds or credit for merchandise damaged in transit; such insurance is your only safeguard against this situation.
Note that Ben Garelick will cover the cost of return shipping and insurance only if the returned merchandise is damaged or defective prior to the original shipment. For additional information about returns, including procedures, please refer to our Return Policy below.

Return Policy and Procedure

All requests for returns and exchanges of merchandise must be made within twenty (20) days of receipt. Special orders, layaways, sized, altered or used merchandise is not returnable. Refunds are made only to the purchaser of record, and in the exact method of original payment. All product packaging, warranties, manuals and other materials must be returned with the merchandise. Products returned without original packaging and/or with missing materials are subject to a restocking fee of 5%, not to exceed $75.00.
Please contact Ben Garelick Jewelers to get a return authorization number for any and all returns.
NOTE: Return merchandise will not be accepted for return without a return authorization number, which we will provide after you contact us.
