We deliver peace of mind on all of our jewelry work. Whether you need a simple ring sized, a complete restoration on a piece of jewelry, or design a new piece of jewelry; you can be rest assured we’ll beat your expectations.
All repairs are done onsite, right here at Ben Garelick Jewelers by an award winning designer. We are fortunate to own a state-of-the-art laser soldering machine which allows us to take on specialized repairs that other jewelers simply cannot do. It’s a very costly piece of equipment and we are one of two jewelers in Buffalo who actually own one.
Each and every repair is inspected 3 times. Once by the jeweler, once by the repair technician and finally by a member of our staff.
Our watchmaker can fix all brands and types of watches including Rolex, Tag and Movado. Our most popular watch repairs include watch overhaul, battery replacement and crystal replacement.
